The Truth and Steve Brown
A few weeks ago in church the preacher spoke about “Learning to live”. He did that using John 8:30-36. One of the verses in this passage reminded me of American theologian Steve Brown.
In verse 32 Jesus says: “You will know the truth and the truth will set you free.” This reminded me of Steve Brown, who is a seminary professor in Florida and former pastor. Steve Brown has written numerous books. He is all about grace and the freedom we have in Christ. His motto is this text I wrote down above.
If you want to know more about grace, about God’s love and about real freedom; check out Steve’s site. You might as well go to the site of Key Life, which is the site of Steve Brown’s ministry. On this site you can read all kinds of things and listen to parts of radio shows.
The things this man writes and says realy give me a lot to think about. Right now there’s too much in my head to write down clearly, but as soon as I can, I will explain more about what I am learning.
